CORA Beaches in Neptune Beach, FL is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient clinic. You will greet patients, handle calls, verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure a smooth first impression while maintaining a welcoming front desk.

In this role you will coordinate referrals, scan documents, and support the Clinic Manager with daily operations. Strong communication, organization, and reliability are essential, with preferred Spanish fluency and experience in a

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Recent customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Reliable, honest and adaptable in fast-paced team environments.
• Preferred: healthcare office experience and Spanish fluency.
