Job summary

Breg is seeking a Patient Service Representative I in Dallas, TX to educate physicians and staff on orthopedic bracing options and to provide exceptional patient service. You will measure and fit patients, guide care instructions, manage inventory, support orders, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with internal teams to improve service efficiency.

The role requires healthcare-related education, relevant certifications, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in healthcare or related certification is required.
• Certification in ABC CFo, BOC, athletic training license or similar is preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic clinics or similar settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teams) is required.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians and clinical staff on Breg's bracing and supply program.
• Fits patients with orthopedic soft goods and bracing with proper guidance.
• Delivers patient service with timely follow-up per policy.
• Manages inventory, orders, returns, and updates delivery timelines.
• Supports order fulfillment and ensures documentation accuracy for accounts.
• Maintains product displays and supports recalls, audits, and field initiatives.
• Prepares reports and communicates trends to management.
