Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• No prior experience required, multi-specialty practice experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of ICD-9 and CPT coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately, verify insurance information, and collect data for pre-certification.
• Post payments, balance daily reports, and ensure accurate coding for physicians.
• Greet patients, check in and assist with ambulatory needs, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Process outpatient charges, research address verification, and maintain updated patient profiles.
• Assist with scheduling surgeries and appointments, answer questions, and support front desk operations.
• Handle cashiering, prepare deposits, and provide daily financial records and reports.
