Responsibilities
  • Oversee Pavilion Front Desk clerical tasks
  • Schedule cases, manage virtual rooms, review surgical cases for supplies, run reports, and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person, assist with billing, and support staff and guests
  • Train new team members, maintain documentation, and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent attendance
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of perioperative environments, MiChart (EPIC), Microsoft Teams, and medical terminology
  • Experience in healthcare or customer service roles
Work Schedule

24/7 operation with varying shifts; this position's shift is Midnight: Monday - Friday, 10pm-6am.

Work Mode

On-site with potential for hybrid or remote work, subject to departmental approval.

Additional Info

This position is covered by SEIU collective bargaining agreement. Background screening and drug testing are required. The posting remains open for at least seven days, with early review possible.
