Jefferson Health is seeking a Patient Services Associate II to warmly process arrival and departure activities, verify demographics, insurance, referrals, and pre-authorizations, and help maintain smooth patient flow using EPIC in our Elkins Park practice.

The PSA II delivers the Jefferson Experience by greeting patients, coordinating appointments, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and supporting a courteous, efficient environment across the Philadelphia region.

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Obtains pre certifications and/or pre authorizations for procedures, verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information.
