Location: Women's Healthcare offices in Newtown and Feasterville.

Shift: Evening shift until 7pm required.

The Patient Services Associate (PSA) I enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally managing arrival and departure activities at the practice/department. Primarily working at the front desk, the PSA I verifies insurance, referrals, and patient demographic information. The role emphasizes prompt and courteous treatment of patients and visitors to ensure an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
