Jefferson Health in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Patient Services Associate I to join the Neurosurgery team. You will be the front desk face, greeting patients, verifying demographics and insurance, and coordinating arrival and departure activities.

Responsibilities include processing check-in/out via EPIC, ensuring HIPAA compliance, guiding patients to exam rooms, and supporting a smooth patient flow. The role prioritizes courteous service and teamwork in a busy outpatient setting.
