Foundation Neurosurgery, part of Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, NH, is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome patients, answer calls, and support daily front-desk operations.

You’ll check-in/out patients, schedule appointments, enter referrals, and handle documentation with care. A high school diploma and at least one year in customer service are preferred. Flexible day shifts, no weekends, and opportunities for training are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies/procedures, and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients.
• Answer telephone calls and provide general information.
