AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to warmly welcome patients and manage front office needs, ensuring a positive patient experience. You will support the care team with clear communication and a patient-centered approach in a diverse clinic setting.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service, with bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred. A valid BLS certification or higher is required.

The Advocate also functions as a member of the health care team by assisting in the delivery of patient-focused care by demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**Minimum Requirements*** High School diploma or equivalent required.* Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience required as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist- preferred.* Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**$25.00 - $29.38 hourly**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
