We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Representative Team Leader to join our DMV Call Center team. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, with 1-2 weekends and holidays per year. This position can work out of any of our DMV offices. Pay Range: $24-26/hour

How You'll Contribute:

• Oversees assigned staff within a designated area of a Department’s operations.
• Coordinates and facilitates the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
• Supervises and redirects assigned staff as needed to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery.
• Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information.
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by assessing needs and scheduling accordingly.
• Schedules appointments.
• Greets patients and visitors, providing high-level customer service.

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma required; Associates degree or above preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology, and medical billing.
• Strong communication skills, independent worker, detail-oriented, computer savvy.
• High level of customer service essential.
