Patient Service Representative PRN (As Needed)

Position Details

• Location: 5575 Warren Pkwy, Professional Bldg 1, Suite 220, Frisco, TX 75034
• Hours: PRN/As Needed; availability for 2-3 days during the week (7 am - 5 pm) and some Saturdays (8 am - 12 pm)

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Preferred: Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and medical terminology (preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; RIS software knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and register them accurately in RIS
• Assist patients with form completion and process paperwork securely
• Collect patient payments and verify insurance as needed
• Prepare documentation for upcoming appointments and ensure proper ordering of diagnostic tests
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
• Generate and reconcile daily invoices
• Participate in front office training and adhere to policies
