MaineHealth is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties in a clinical setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and prior medical office experience; proficiency with computers is a plus. Training will be provided, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants. Hours and pay are commensurate with experience.

For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
