Job summary

Gateway Diagnostic Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented Patient Service Representative to support our Mid-Cities location in North Richland Hills, TX. This part-time role requires Saturday coverage (8am-4pm) and additional PRN hours as needed.

The CSR will schedule exams, verify insurance, handle authorizations, check in/out patients, answer phones, and assist the billing office with accurate patient data.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of medical office or hospital experience.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high patient volumes.
