Hourly Pay Range:
$18.38 - $26.65 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
Position: Patient Service Representative - OBGYN - Days/Evenings
Location: Naperville, IL
Full Time: 40 hours/week
Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-2 evenings until 7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, possible 1-2 Saturdays 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Required Travel: To Plainfield and Naperville offices for coverage purposes.
What you will do:
Provide front desk coverage under supervision, including answering calls, scheduling, greeting patients, registering new patients in EPIC, scheduling tests, verifying insurance, processing charges, and supporting office operations.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED
Keyboard and computer skills
A valid driver's license if performing duties at off-site locations, with maintained automobile liability coverage.
Preferred:
At least three months of healthcare or business office experience
Insurance or managed care experience
Medical terminology or coding knowledge
