The Neuro‑Surgery team is seeking a full‑time Patient Service Representative to join their team! The primary function of this role is supporting the call center with answering calls and transferring to the appropriate department. The position is dual trained and will also include Patient Service Representative tasks including greeting patients, check in, scanning documents, verifying insurance, and gathering demographic information from patients.
Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts with flexible scheduling considered.
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.
Compensation for part‑time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE).
