Overview

*MUST LIVE IN AZ* - Candidates will have to pick up equipment at their Phoenix, AZ location. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 am to 6:30 pm (AZ Time) - must be available for any 8-hour shift in between. (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• This role focuses on Primary Care Physicians referring their patients to specialists. To be successful in this role a new hire would be focusing on verifying benefits and scheduling patients with Specialist Doctors.
• You will be working in a call center environment, handling high-volume inbound calls.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years healthcare experience & experience handling high volume inbound calls
• Medical terminology, Insurance verification, insurance benefit knowledge, referral processing and authorization experience required.
• Must possess the ability to work independently with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to support the management of multiple priorities with significant attention to detail for project completion.
• Medical Assistant experience is a plus but not required
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience Level: Intermediate Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
