Northwestern Medicine's Grayslake Multi-Specialty clinic is hiring a Patient Service Representative for a full-time days schedule. The role is 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, at the Grayslake location.
You will be the first point of contact, guiding patients through check-in and insurance information while delivering courteous service. Responsibilities include greeting patients, completing check-in/out, collecting co-payments, posting payments, and scheduling appointments.

The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments. This role will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests.
