Sign-On Bonus
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives (PSRs). Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part-time PSR position. The bonus amount is prorated for Part-time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation from employment.
Position Details
This is a 36-hour per week position.
Work Environment
MaineHealth Walk-In Care Rockland is a high-paced, busy practice seeing patients of all ages with various injuries and illnesses. The PSR will greet patients courteously, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties. They will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data in compliance with confidentiality policies. The PSR will collaborate with the Primary Care Department at the same location, performing similar duties.
