The US Oncology Network is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support our Medical Oncology and Hematology Departments at our 1401 Medical Parkway Building C Suite 200 location in Cedar Park, Texas. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p.

What does the Patient Service Representative do? (but not limited to)
Under general supervision, is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner. Responds to all incoming scheduling calls with timely and accurate resolutions. May include outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling responsibilities. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
