Join to apply for the Patient Service Representative I - Full-Time, 2nd Shift role at Tufts Medicine
Hours: 32 hours per week; Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Location: Onsite at Lowell General Hospital Main Campus.
Requirements: 1 week of full-time training/orientation during the day shift (Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). An additional 2 weeks of training can be scheduled during the day, evening, or weekends.
This role involves revenue cycle activities such as billing, collections, and payment processing, along with Patient Access duties like collecting demographic and financial info, scheduling services, and managing referrals.
Responsible for interviewing patients, obtaining registration data, verifying insurance, and collecting patient liabilities.
