Position Overview

Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Patient Services Representative I in our Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology clinics. The schedule includes four days a week in West Jordan and every other Friday for half a day at our Draper location.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet patients courteously upon arrival.
  2. Answer phones professionally.
  3. Schedule appointments following established procedures.
  4. Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
  5. Record demographic information and bill insurance as needed.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior medical office or billing experience preferred.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work well with others.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
Physical and Working Conditions
  • Sedentary work, lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Repetitive motion from operating office equipment.
  • Climate-controlled indoor environment.
