Naples Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Naples, FL to join our clinical team. The role focuses on delivering high-level patient care in a team-based environment, answering phones, scheduling, and assisting with treatment plans and financial arrangements.

Ideal candidates have experience in dental/medical offices, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with insurance plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental/medical office preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage arrival/dismissal processes.
• Answer patient questions per practice policies.
• Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
• Maintain appointment book and confirm appointments.
• Follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
• Register patients at sign-in and post charges/payments to accounts.
• Keep waiting area clean and welcoming.
