As a PSS, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and families, delivering compassionate customer service while ensuring accurate scheduling, registration, and coordination of care.

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $19.87to $23.75 per hour.
Compensation for part time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
