Job description

Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) – MMCP MHMG role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other overall general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Experience in a medical office preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
