Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support patient care operations in a direct hire role.

Responsibilities include registration, insurance verification, coinsurance and copayments collection, scheduling, and answering calls. You will greet patients, manage wait times, and handle check-in/check-out tasks; cashier duties and deposits may also be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or patient service experience.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data entry experience in Excel.
• Experience talking to clients and patients on the phone and via email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and insurance verification.
• Collect coinsurance and copayments as applicable.
• Schedule diagnostic and follow-up appointments.
• Answer and route phone calls and greeting patients on arrival.
• Manage wait times and complete check-in/check-out tasks.
