Floros Family Dentistry in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, greet patients, and assist with treatment plan financing while supporting staff and patients in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience working in a dental practice.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and acknowledge them on arrival or dismissal.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns per DCA policies.
• Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
• Maintain appointment book and confirm appointments.
• Follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Check voicemail daily.
• Maintain a clean, friendly waiting area.

Position Overview:

This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and desired to get started in the dental field. environment. The person will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient’s treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager.
