Hunterdon Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative to register and schedule outpatient studies in the Imaging Center. You will verify imaging orders, ensure proper paperwork, and operate HIS/RIS systems with a focus on patient satisfaction.
The role reports to the Lead PSR and involves collaboration with imaging and administrative staff. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills; preferred 1-3 years in radiology/medical imaging.
Under the supervision of the Lead PSR or designate, and with direction from the Business Manager and various Imaging Supervisors, registers all Outpatient studies for the Imaging Center in the HIS. Also, under the direction of the Lead PSR, schedules all outpatient studies in the RIS.
