Patient Service Rep - UT Primary Care Maryville

Join us as a Patient Service Representative at University Physicians' Association, Inc. (UPA).

Position Overview

This is a full-time role based at UT Primary Care Maryville, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet patients in a friendly and timely manner.
2. Assist patients with completing necessary forms for electronic health records and billing.
3. Maintain and verify patient demographic and insurance information, including insurance eligibility and co-pays.
4. Ensure smooth patient flow by timely processing as patients arrive.
5. Respond to patient inquiries regarding registration or billing.
6. Refer medical care or treatment questions to nurses or physicians.
7. Schedule patient appointments with appropriate physicians.
8. Scan and document information into electronic health records.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
