Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator for the dental office front desk on a PRN basis. You will greet and register patients, manage appointments, and provide families with forms and information with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume dental or medical office, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheets.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsabilités

YOU WILL

• Greet and register patients and family members
• Manage appointments and daily schedule
• Manage and provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents
• Provide Customer service
• Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Preferred

• Strong background in patient care environment
