Mass General Brigham is seeking an administrative and clinical support professional to help run smooth clinic operations at the Hanover Street site. You will handle scheduling, check-in and check-out duties, assist callers with routine inquiries, and process patient billing forms and document scanning to the patient record.
Under supervision you may oversee daily activities of practice staff, provide training, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely service.

Monday - Friday from 8:30a.m. to 5p.m. with possible evening on Mondays and Wednesdays and Saturday rotation. Bilingual: Spanish
