Mass General Brigham is seeking a front-line administrative assistant for a Med Peds primary care practice in Revere. You will manage patient flow, check-in/out, and respond to calls to ensure timely access to care.
You will support medical records, care coordination, and patient inquiries with professionalism. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, CMAA certification is preferred, and 2–3 years of office experience.

Provides front line administrative support within a Med Peds primary care practice, supporting both pediatric and adult patient populations. Responsible for managing patient scheduling, check in and check out workflows, and handling high volume phone communication to ensure timely access to care. Maintains accurate medical records, supports care coordination, and assists with patient inquiries across a wide range of needs. Works closely with providers and clinical staff to support efficient operations, continuity of care, and a positive patient experience, while adapting to the unique needs of a diverse patient population.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
Licenses and Credentials: Certified Medical Administrative Assistant [CMAA] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred.
Experience: office experience 2-3 years required.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, with increases based on the candidate's years of experience.
