Job Description

Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure efficiency and a positive patient experience.

  • Greet and register patients warmly.
  • Answer calls promptly, evaluate priority, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Schedule new patient appointments accurately and inform patients of necessary preparations.
  • Review daily appointment confirmation reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Collect co-payments and explain billing policies.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in the waiting area.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced medical office highly preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and insurance requirements.
  • Willing to travel to satellite offices as needed.
