Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Applicant must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals as well as possess the ability to work well under pressure.
• Prefer one-year office experience. Applicants with experience in a healthcare setting will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of examinations for Renown Health locations.
• Answer high-volume phone lines and manage scheduling and paperwork.
• Provide accurate patient instructions and courteous customer service.
