Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One year experience in a public-facing role; switchboard experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English; Yup’ik speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers scheduling telephones.
• Schedules, cancels or reschedules patient appointments using the Scheduling Guidelines or routes calls to appropriate department.
• Assists the Case Management Team in office duties as assigned.
