What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule clinical staff for patient visits, ensuring appropriate staffing for all patient care
• Coordinate and monitor patient care schedules across various clinical areas
• Contact patients and clinicians to confirm deliveries and visits
• Interpret physician’s orders to arrange scheduling accordingly
• Complete administrative tasks and generate reports in required platforms
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a general office administration setting or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
