A healthcare technology company is seeking a Sales and Commercialization Manager in Philadelphia to lead Patient SafetyNet initiatives. Responsibilities include developing sales opportunities, presenting product benefits, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree. The role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 plus additional incentives.
Primary responsibility is to initiate and guide Patient SafetyNet System sales initiatives at top target sites for commercial adoption or competitive conversion, as well as further sales expansion and clinical platform development. They will be asked to work with US Alternate Care Territory Managers, Regional Directors, and Clinical Specialists in important evaluations along with the sales capture of these target sites. This position will work with the Alternate Care team to call on new and existing accounts to prospect opportunities in Long Term Care, Surgery and other Alternate Care. This position is also responsible for targeting and creation of a SN and Iris Pipeline. Responsibility for regional and national KOLs to speak for and endorse use of Patient SafetyNet, Iris, and Clinical Alarm Management with premium Masimo solutions. Patient SafetyNet Sales and Commercialization manager will work with Masimo internal sales/marketing and with key clinical and administration leaders to support the above outlined duties.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000- $75,000 plus benefits.Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. In addition, this position also qualifies for variable compensation up to $65,000 at 100% of annual objectives.
This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer sales calls on a daily basis. Frequent domestic and local travel is a major job component. 75% travel is a requirement. The ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required. It also requires frequent driving, sitting, standing and walking. May stand for extended periods when facilitating customer meetings or walking in the facilities. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.
