What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and review potential quality issues in behavioral health and medical-surgical care
- Conduct timely reviews of electronic medical records to meet established standards
- Prepare written and verbal case summaries with recommendations for further action as necessary
- Conduct root cause analysis for sentinel events and serious reportable events
- Collaborate with medical directors on complex care identified in quality issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN with a current, active license in the state of practice
- 3+ years of clinical medical/surgical experience
- 3+ years of clinical acute behavioral health experience
- Ability to investigate, analyze, synthesize, and formulate conclusions
- Ability to organize quality data in an appropriate reporting format

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BSN
- Proven excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Proven solid computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office software
- Quality experience within a managed care company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
