ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is seeking a Security Officer responsible for maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Officers monitor facilities, assist with directions, regulate traffic, and enforce parking as needed.

The role involves investigating incidents, reporting hazards, restraining individuals when necessary, and completing required training to stay current with certifications. A High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Complete Basic Security Officer Certification through IAHSS within six months of employment.
• Preferred: Associate degree in security or related field.
• Preferred: prior security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and employees.
• Monitor facilities and assist with directions.
• Regulate and control all traffic and parking when needed.
• Investigate and report accidents, hazards, and incidents.
• Restrain combative individuals as required and complete required training.
