Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor security technology systems (surveillance cameras, access control, alarm systems).
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal and non-verbal strategies to maintain safety.
• Respond to emergencies and protect employees, visitors, and property; use restraints when necessary.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA) when reporting incidents and disclose only minimum necessary information.
• Assist in drills (e.g., infant abduction, active shooter) to prepare staff for real-life events.
• Conduct searches and safety inspections, including walking surfaces and fire extinguishers.
• Enforce parking regulations and coordinate with HR and law enforcement on investigations.
