Qualifications

• RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required or other clinical licensure upon hire and CPHRM certification

Responsibilities

• Utilizes reliability learning tool to analyze events and safety concerns; prepares data reports.
• Facilitates the Risk Management Program and engages departments for improvements.
• Coordinates and participates in claims management and litigation support as needed.
• Serves as liaison between medical staff leaders and risk management committees.
