Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in clinical care with safety/risk experience, CPPS credentialing within 12 months, and strong communication and education skills. On-site responsibilities across Advocate Health facilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or nursing is required.
• CPPS certification within 12 months unless exempt.
• Extensive experience in clinical care, safety, quality or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of patient safety program across sites.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and department leaders.
• Investigate serious safety events and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop corrective actions to reduce risk and improve reliability.
• Educate teams and clinicians on safety topics.
