Your duties will include monitoring patients, assisting with ADLs, recording observations, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. This role may also perform unit secretary tasks as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient care roles preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides continuous one-to-one observation of assigned patients to ensure safety.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility as directed.
• Documents observations and reports changes to the Registered Nurse promptly.
• Supports unit operations as a Unit Secretary when assigned.
