Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to demonstrate confidence in interpersonal relationships and effective communication.
• Basic patient care skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous observation and monitoring of patients requiring close supervision.
• Assist with daily care activities such as hygiene, toileting, ambulation, transfers.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and call lights.
• Communicate patient concerns to the Registered Nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with positioning and meals.
• Assist in emergency situations following hospital policy.
• Promote positive patient and family experiences through courteous communication.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to meet quality patient care goals.
