Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Patient Safety Attendant to provide continuous observation and support for hospitalized patients, ensuring safety and well‑being. You will assist with daily care activities, respond to patient needs, and maintain a safe environment while communicating concerns to nurses.

Position requires high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification; CNA is preferred. You will respond to calls, document observations, and support the healthcare team in delivering quality

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years experience in patient-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated confidence in interpersonal relationships and effective communication skills.
  • Basic patient care skills preferred.

Responsabilités

  • Provide continuous observation and monitoring of patients to ensure safety.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and respond to patient needs.
  • Communicate concerns to nursing staff and document observations.
  • Respond to calls and emergencies following hospital procedures.
