Job summary

HCA Florida West Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant to monitor patients remotely and ensure their safety and well-being. From a remote station, you’ll identify risks, alert the care team, document activity, and safeguard privacy while supporting a compassionate care culture.

Responsibilities include continuous patient observation, risk identification, rapid intervention, and accurate shift documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Other-Fingerprint Required must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• No experience required

From your remote station, you will closely monitor their physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns in real time - empowering the care team to respond quickly and helping care for and improve lives one moment at a time.
