Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Room Service Facilitator for full-time, on-site work on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves assembling patient meals, delivering room service carts, and ensuring timely, courteous service while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED) or related customer service experience, strong reading/writing ability, and solid communication skills for coordinating with care teams.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED or one year of applicable food service/customer service experience.
• Must read and write; follow verbal and written instructions regarding patient care, nutrition and infection control policies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to push weights up to 200 lb; constant standing and walking.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble room service meals for patients and customers.
• Transport room service carts to units to deliver meals.
• Notify care staff when patient meal needs are identified (e.g., insulin or intake documentation).
• Uphold food safety, sanitation and cleanliness; perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Record food service and DHEC reports and logs.
