Job summary

• Delivers meals to patients following proper scripting, using two patient identifiers.
• Assists patients with opening cartons and related needs.
• Processes room service orders, including patient/family initiated and those needing assistance.
• Takes phone calls and faxes orders for all food requests.
• Provides assistance with tray assembly and acts as a Call Center Operator as needed.
