CHAS Health in Spokane, WA is seeking a patient-focused enrollment specialist to help people access Medicaid, CHIP and marketplace plans. You will educate patients on coverage, assist with applications, and coordinate with care teams to simplify the enrollment process.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Health industry experience strongly preferred. Experience working with medical insurance very helpful. Face-to-face customer/patient service experience required.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Basic computer and typing skills required. Dependent on clinic location, Washington Healthplanfinder navigator certification or Your Health Idaho Enrollment Counselor certification required within 90 days of hire. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.
