Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Patient Resource Tech to support patient care and hospital operations. You will rotate through roles such as patient sitter, transportation aide, and entry screener, contributing to patient safety and a seamless experience.

As our Patient Resource Tech, you will provide essential support across various patient care and hospital operations, directly contributing to patient safety, comfort, and operational efficiency. You will rotate through multifaceted roles, including patient sitter, transportation aide, and hospital entry screener, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to a seamless patient experience.
Every day you will act as a patient sitter, providing 24-hour visual observation and prompt response to patient needs and requests, ensuring their safety and comfort. When functioning as a transportation aide, you will safely transport patients, equipment, and supplies throughout the hospital, ensuring efficient movement and accurate tracking of assignments.
To be successful in this role requires a genuine passion for patient well-being, diligence in executing tasks, keen observational skills regarding patient conditions, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
