Wilmington Health in Hampstead, NC seeks a Patient Representative to provide front office support in clinical areas. You will check patients in/out, coordinate appointments across multiple facilities, answer calls, and direct billing inquiries to the Central Business Office while maintaining provider schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED) and experience in medical office administration; familiarity with OSHA/DOT regulations, urine drug screens, breath alcohol
